Certflow is a necessity for any Building Surveyor/Certifier. It simplifies the process and ensures a high level of service to the client. The support is fantastic with response times generally the same day. Everything is electronic from the signing of documents to onsite inspections with tablets, we do not keep any hard copy files and we use a lot less paper. Certflow has made the entire permit process far more efficient. Highly recommend.

I have used many software programs in my 31 years of working - from conveyancing, to construction and finance and have found Certflow to be one of the best programs I have ever used. I was blown away with the efficiency and ease of the system and how it adapts and evolves as the company itself grows and evolves. The tabs are easy to use, they flow with the certification process perfectly and provide all the information required for not only us but also local councils, owners and clients for their certification requirements.
