The job only becomes billable when you’ve been engaged. You won’t be charged to create and quote jobs.
Yes. However, you’re responsible for your own files/folders through SharePoint as they’re not hosted on CERTFLOW. Your files/folders are visible on Certflow, however sync from SharePoint.
No all prices are excluding GST.
Yes. You’re not locked into a contract.
Additional users are priced at a one-off fee of $250.
Every job over your subscription will be charged at $15 per job.
Yes. At this stage we believe Microsoft have best options and storage capacities on offer. You will be required to cover your SharePoint monthly fee. Our development team will set it up on your behalf.
When you join Certflow we set up your SharePoint drive (if you don’t have one already) where all your job folders will sync to Certflow allowing you to email files/documents straight from Certflow. When you generate forms and documents in Certflow, they will sync back to your SharePoint immediately. OneDrive takes it one step further, syncing all your files and documents from SharePoint down to your local computer drive. This provides a holistic approach to document management, as well as giving every user the opportunity to work in different ways.

Certflow is a necessity for any Building Surveyor/Certifier. It simplifies the process and ensures a high level of service to the client. The support is fantastic with response times generally the same day. Everything is electronic from the signing of documents to onsite inspections with tablets, we do not keep any hard copy files and we use a lot less paper. Certflow has made the entire permit process far more efficient. Highly recommend.

The best thing about Certflow is that it is easy to use. We can access all information quickly allowing us to provide the very best for our clients. Service is excellent and any queries are answered straight away. You are notified about upgrades and new features.
Inspectors don’t need to call us anymore just log in and see what is booked in, a much faster process. Anyone in the certification business needs to use Certflow.
